Temporary Placement Process

Temporary placement may be short-term or long-term. Some temporary assignments may result in permanent employment with the client company. Avodah services are completely free, so you only pay the actual expense of an employee.

Avodah staff interviews enrolled candidates who meet client company job specifications.

Avodah Offer

Avodah staff makes an offer of employment to selected candidates. All temporary candidates become independent contractors of Avodah Services.

Client Company Orientation

For client companies that hire multiple Avodah candidates for a short or long-term assignment, Avodah will offer a company orientation session. The purpose of the session is to provide direct supervisors with an understanding of Avodah Services and the type of training our candidates receive prior to placement.

Temporary Placement

Avodah places a candidate with the client company in a short-term or long-term work assignment. Client companies pay an hourly fee-for-service to Avodah Services. The candidate remains an independent contractor of Avodah Services until an offer for full time employment is made.

Temporary to Permanent Placement

Following a trial period, candidates may become permanent employees of the client company. Client companies do not pay a placement fee to Avodah Services. Again, our services are completely free.
